Tariffs:

Low/Middle Season (mid-September – mid-May) –

£495/€594 per week all included.

High Season (June to mid-September) –

£675/€810 per week all included.

Other Charges:

Security Deposit: £250/€270 fully refundable if  the apartment is left in clean state and there is no breakage of fixtures and fittings or lost keys.

CLAUSES 

- It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay for the replacement or replace any broken object,
   and for the damage or otherwise of any fixture or fitting in the apartment, which could be
   caused with the installations or because of bad handling of the electrical appliance or
   other equipment.

- The interruptions of the operation of the general services of the dwelling, heating, hot 
   water, cold water, etc … or the public services, water, electricity etc…do not justify a reduction
   of rent, nor of damages, if they are not due to an act of will of the owner.
