The apartment is situated on the 2^nd floor of an impressive, typically Niçoise building, just a stone’s throw away from Place du Palais-de-Justice, the well-known town square with its colourful stone paving and an attractive fountain with the world-famous flower market at Cours Saleya just around the corner.  The area can be very easily reached from the Airport or from one of the train stations in Nice.


From Nice Airport:

Take Bus 98 destination NICE - Quai Lunel and align at bus station NICE - Albert 1er.  The bus is accessible only from T1 so if your flight arrives at T2 you would need to firstly take the free shuttle bus to T1, which runs every 5mins or so.  The bus runs every 20 or so minutes from 6AM to midnight.  The ticket costs just €4.  You can pay the driver on boarding and the ticket acts as a "Pass de Jour" for unlimited travel on local buses and the tram that day.  
èAlbert 1er bus stop continue north along the Avenue des Phoceens, which takes a right turn and becomes Boulevard Jean Jaurès.  Continue walking along the Boulevard passing Place Masséna to your right until you reach Rue de la Prefecture on your left-hand side.  Take this street and walk along it until you reach Place Palais-du-Justice.  Continue walking straight leaving the square behind to your right until you reach the front door of number 15 Rue de la Préfecture.


By car:

From Autoroute A8 take Exit 50 toward Nice-Centre.  Merge onto Boulevard Georges Pompidou/D6202.  Take the ramp to Nice/Cagnes-sur-Mer/Sophia-Antipolis/N98.  Merge onto Promenade Edouard Corniglion-Molinier.  Continue onto Promenade des Anglais.  Continue onto Avenue des Phocéens and stay on it when it turns slightly to the right.  Continue onto Boulevard Jean Jaurès.  Turn right at Rue de la Préfecture. Click here to check availability.
