The apartment is 40m².  

It has a fully-fitted and equipped kitchen providing everything you would need for everyday cooking.  There is an integrated fridge-freezer, an oven and 2-ring hob, microwave oven, washing machine and a kettle.  Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.  With a table seating 4 people you would be able to loose yourself in the mornings enjoying the bouquet of aromas defining the French tradition - freshly made croissants and crusty baguettes with a pot of deep and rich coffee.

The kitchen is connected to an open-plan lounge with comfortable sofa, which also doubles-up as a spare bed, coffee table, and TV.  The impressive 3m long double glazed window, fitted with original French shutters, lets plenty of natural light that provides the apartment a nice and airy feel to it.  During the long and warm summer nights after a day exploring the region this space is perfect for relaxing with a nice cold glass of French wine.  The evening buzz and soft jazz music from the cafés on the square can be heard engaging you with the outside atmosphere, yet sitting in your own comfortable surroundings.  

A wooden staircase from the lounge leads to a mezzanine floor with a large and comfortable double bed, night tables and a lounge chair.  

The bathroom is fully-tiled with WC, bath, wash basin and an electric heater.
